The level of support depends on your specific maintenance contract.
Before contacting Utimaco, please read the trouble shooting section in the CryptoServer Admininstration Guide carefully.
If the problem can not be solved, please contact us via support@utimaco.de. We need the following information:

  • Maintenance contract details
  • Hardware Version
  • Firmware Version
  • Versionnumbers of the used libraries
  • Detailed error description
